About Us

Christopher Yanda provides Oklahomans with the personal attention needed to address a wide variety of personal injury cases and insurance disputes.

Christopher T. Yanda, PC

Born and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma, Chris Yanda is a fourth generation Oklahoman whose love for the state and people inspired his lifelong residency.

Yanda graduated, Cum Laude, from Oklahoma City University Law School with Honors in 1999. He has since been involved with injury litigation in both State and Federal cases. He is licensed to practice in State District Courts in Oklahoma, all three United States Federal District Courts in Oklahoma and the United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Most recently, Yanda was, again, selected for distinction and inclusion as a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine, a publication of Thomson Reuters, 2023.  Thomason Reuters is a reputable and respected company in the legal industry and its selection process is rigorous.  Super Lawyers are selected through a process wish involves nomination and evaluation by the attorney's peers and independent research to decide who should receive the honorary distinction.  To be chosen an attorney must be evaluated on 12 indicators of professional achievement and peer recognition.  Only 5% of the attorneys over the State of Oklahoma achieve the distinction of Super Lawyer.  Christopher T. Yanda has worked hard for over twenty years, representing hundreds of clients in all types of cases, to be included as one of the 5%.

Yanda’s counsel and representation has helped hundreds of Oklahomans in a variety of categories and cases including collisions, wrongful death cases, insurance bad faith litigation, defective products, dog bite litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability as well as Federal and State Governmental Tort Claims.

His passion for helping people through a bad situation that is no fault of their own, combined with his proven track record in court, make him an obvious choice.

When he’s not working with clients, Yanda especially loves spending time with his wife and daughter. He is also a huge college football fan and enjoys being outdoors whether hunting, fishing or spending time at the lake.
